　会員の皆様には、所定の会費をご負担いただき、運営資金に充てさせていただいております。その分、会員の皆様が会費分以上の経験と収穫を得ていただけるよう、運営に尽力してまいります。

会員の種類について

以下のフローチャートで、あなたがどの会員種別に対応するか、調べましょう。

その他、制度としては、理事会によって認められた者のみ入会できる、特別会員があります。

正会員と、准会員は共に法律上の社員ですが、議決権の数に差があります。正会員は５，准会員は３です。

賛助会員は、すでに他の種類の会員であっても、また他の種類の会員資格に該当していても、申し込むことが出来ます。

会費

ユース正会員、ユース准会員　……　年額500円
正会員、准会員　……　年額1,000円
アラムナイ会員　……　年額2,000円
賛助会員　……　年額10,000円/口

会員資格の有効期限

会員資格の有効期限は、入会日にかかわらず、毎年12月31日で区切り、翌年1月1日に会員資格を一斉に更新します。

たとえば、4月11日に入会し、1年分の会費を納めた場合でも、会員資格は12月31日までとなります。

入会日が12月31日に近い場合の措置については、現在調整中です。

会費の前納

会員資格は、会員資格が変更されない期間に限り、会費を前納することで、その更新手続きを省略することが出来ます。会費の前納は2年間分までです（つまり、3年間分までの会費を、まとめて支払うことが出来ます）。

たとえば、2022年4月11日に正会員に入会する場合、2022年分（1000円）に加えて、2023年・2024年分の会費（2000円）を前納できます（合計3000円）。会員資格は2024年12月31日まで自動的に更新されます。

ただし、 2022年4月11日に、1月1日基準で15歳の方がユース正会員に入会される場合、2023年は正会員となるため、会費の前納は出来ません。

また、賛助会員は、会費の前納が出来ません。

委員会

会員の皆様には、入会の際、所属を希望する委員会を申告していただいています。

可能な限り、２つ以上の委員会にご所属をご検討ください。

In order to maintain our association, we would like to ask all the members to pay the membership fees. In return, we will promise opportunities and experiences which are worth more than the cost.

The types of memberships

First, let’s see what type of memberships is suitable for you, according to the flowchart below.

There is also the “special membership”, for whom the board of directors directly request for the entrance as an advisor.

Membership A and Membership B are both legally authorized, and they are required to the General Meeting. Each member of Membership A has 5 ballots, while each member of Membership B has 3.

Anyone can apply for a supporter, even if you are a member of other type, or are eligible to apply for other membership.

The Membership Fees

Membership A (Youth), Membership B (Youth) …… 500 JPY /yr.
Membership A, Membership B …… 1,000 JPY/yr.
Alumnus …… 2,000 JPY/yr.
Supporters …… 10,000 JPY/yr. (per application)

The Expiration Date of the Memberships

No matter when you apply for the membership, the expiration date of the membership is uniformly December 31st of each year, and the membership is renewed uniformly on Jan 1 of the next year.

For example, if you become a member on April 10th, 2022 and pay the membership fee for one year, your membership will be valid only until the December 31st , 2022.

We are currently considering measures to be taken when the application date is close to December 31st.

Payment in Advance

You can skip the membership renewal process by paying the membership fee up to two years in advance (i.e., up to three years’ worth of membership fees can be paid at once), as long as the type of memberships is not expected to change during the period.

For example, if you apply for the Membership A on April 11, 2022, and you pay the membership fee for the current year (1,000 yen) plus 2 years (2,000 yen, total 3,000 yen), your membership will be automatically renewed until December 31, 2024. Whilst, in the case that you, 15 years old at the beginning of the year, apply for the Membership A (Youth) on April 11, 2022, you CANNOT pay the fee for 2023 in advance, because you will be 16 on January 1st, 2023 and your membership type is necessarily to be changed to Membership A.

Payment in Advance is not applicable for the Supporter Membership.

Committees

There are checkboxes in the youngster membership application form for the choice of committees you want to belong to.

Every youngster is expected to belong to two or more committees.
