委員会 / Committees

YOTA Japan では、わかもの ハムの活躍の場の創出し、活動の幅を広げるため、委員会制度を設けています。
わかもの 会員の皆様におかれましては、なるべく2つ以上の委員会に所属していただきますよう、お願いいたします。若者会員の皆様は、入会の際に、所属を希望する委員会を申告することが出来ます。
委員会は、新しい YOTA Japan の活動の中心となる枠組みです。皆様の積極的なご参画をよろしくお願いいたします。

The purpose of committees is to create opportunities for youngsters to play an active role, and to expand their activities.
Youngsters are expected to participate in two or more committees. You can specify your choice of committees when you apply for the youngster membership.
The committees are the core framework for the activities of the new YOTA Japan. We’re looking forward to your passionate participation.

運営委員会は、YOTA Japan の運営全般に携わり、一般社団法人として設置している理事会を補佐します。組織運営、会計や、法律関係にご興味のある方をはじめ、幅広い 皆様のご参画をお待ちしております。

The Committee of Management is responsible for the overall operations of YOTA Japan. And they also assist the Board of Directors. The Committee of Managements is best for those interested in organization management, accounting, and legal matters.

広報委員会は、SNSやイベントなどで、YOTA Japan やアマチュア無線に関する広報活動を行い、またそれに関する勉強会等も行います。デザインスキルをお持ちの方はもちろん、ウェブサイトの製作や、マーケティングにご興味のある方も、ぜひご参画ください。

The Committee of Promotions is responsible for publicity activities to promote YOTA Japan and also amateur radio itself through social media and events. And the committee is also to organize workshops on related topics. Those interested in designing, website development, or marketing are welcome to join.

技術委員会は、無線工学、電子電気工学、情報通信技術をはじめとする、科学技術のトピックに関するトピックを扱います。ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、通信、その他の理工系分野を、アマチュア無線を通して学びながら、楽しめる委員会を目指します。

The Committee of Technologies pursuits their interest in science and technical skills such as wireless engineering, electronics, and ICT. We define this committee as a community where you can enjoy learning about hardware, software, electrical communications, and surrounding fields through amateur radio.

企画委員会は、「わかものハムの集い」、コンテスト関連企画、December YOTA Month など、若者のための企画を開発し、企画し、また実行します。皆様のアイデアを、YOTA企画として実現させましょう。

The Committee of Programs is responsible for everything about projects for youngsters. The committee is to propose, organize and implement projects. Projects are such as Youngsters Online Meetings, Youth Contesting Programs and the December YOTA Month. Let’s turn your ideas into YOTA projects.

基礎・戦略委員会は、アマチュア無線が現代社会に果たせる役割はなにか、そのためにはどうしたら良いか、研究と提言を行います。経営学的な手法を用いるほか、統計学、教育学などにも関連する内容を含みます。新しいアマチュア無線を、若者の力から作っていきましょう。

The Committee of Fundamentals and Strategies is about research, discussions and recommendations. The topics are, for example, “what is the role of amateur radio in modern society?” and “how can we realize the 21st century’s amateur radio?” The activities might be related to business management, statistics, and education. Let’s create a new amateur radio standard together from the power of youngsters.
